Co-founded GLUG-Howrah (GNU/Linux User Group – Howrah Chapter, a non-profit seeking organization dedicated to serve the society for literacy on GNU/Linux and conducted Seminars periodically on behalf of the organization) in the year 2004 after getting inspiration and motivation from the speech of RMS (Richard Matthew Stallman – founder of Free Software Foundation) while attending a Seminar on GNU and Open Source.

Member, LUCY(Let Us Care for You) – a non-profit seeking NGO dedicated to serve the society in various aspects like blood donation, stretching hands for the underprivileged children extending support for their health, hygiene and education etc.
Interests in IoT, Home Automation, Robotics and similar technologies and currently engaged with a few similar projects at a personal level.
